Bruce Tulio: Soaring Achievements
As children most of us dream of being able to fly. We spread our arms out, lift our face to the sky and pretend we can soar through the clouds. For being so well-designed for the earth, it is odd that flying is such a common yearning for many people. Bruce Tulio is no exception, yet he has soared above the clouds.
What if you could fly? What if it wasn’t simple, but possible? Would you laugh in the face of the idea or would you say, “Let’s do it?”
With his typical hard work and dedication, Bruce Tulio achieved his private pilot’s license. Like anything worth the effort, learning to fly took time. All the studying and testing and flying hours can be draining for someone who already has a full plate. Bruce Tulio pushed through and rose to the occasion.
He is a proud pilot and owner of a Cessna 152. Who wouldn’t love flying a two-seater plane—just you, your co-pilot and the sky? Well, some people who might be afraid of heights or afraid to fly. Bruce Tulio isn’t afraid, though. He regularly takes to the friendly skies.
Bruce Tulio is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association or AOPA. He joins over 400,000 members who promote advocacy, leadership, technical savvy and hard work. Yet another respectable community he calls his own.
Flying has always been a dream and passion of Bruce Tulio’s ever since he was boy. Unlike most of us who spend our whole lives dreaming of flying, he took his dreams into his own hands. He didn’t let anything get in the way of him becoming a pilot.
Just about all of us have dreams of some kinds, or something we wish we could do. Most of us, however, don’t ever devote our time and energy so fully to those pursuits. We should. All that negative thinking does is create negative results. Stay positive and challenge yourself and you might be surprised by the results. Bruce Tulio challenges himself every day in many different ways.
Achieving a goal only starts with a dream. You have to flap your arms if you’re ever going to take off.
